Job Summary:
As a Lead Data Engineer, you will lead the data engineering team to design and implement ETL processes, manage data pipelines, and optimize cloud-based data systems. You will play a crucial role in delivering efficient data solutions and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, and maintenance of data pipelines and workflows.
- Mentor junior data engineers and oversee the team’s deliverables.
- Develop and optimize ETL processes to ensure efficient data integration.
- Work with Azure cloud technologies to implement scalable data solutions.
- Ensure adherence to data governance and security protocols.
- Collaborate with architects, data scientists, and stakeholders to align on project goals.
- Strong expertise in data engineering, ETL processes, and data pipelines.
- Experience with cloud platforms like Azure.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, and big data tools (e.g., Spark, Hadoop).
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Familiarity with O2C processes is a plus.
